    Personal information collected through booking and contact forms is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Detailed privacy notices are provided at the point of collection.

    Cancellation & refunds

    New Patient Pathway

    The pathway fee is refundable, less a small administrative charge, while no work has been performed. Once pathology or DEXA referrals have been issued, or results have been reviewed, the fee is non-refundable. Booked consultation slots may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours' notice at no fee; reschedules within twenty-four hours, and no-shows, retain the full fee.

    Pathology & imaging

    Pathology and DEXA tests are paid directly to those providers and are not part of the practice fee. Their refund and cancellation terms apply.

    Complaints

    Concerns about a registered health practitioner can be raised with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency at ahpra.gov.au/Notifications. Each state and territory also operates a Health Complaints Entity.
